Host Hobbit is a small, independent UK web company based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. We host websites, fix broken WordPress sites, build new ones, and help small businesses use AI sensibly. When you contact us, you deal with the person doing the work.
Meet Mike, the founder
"I have over 20 years of experience in IT, specialising in web development, server administration and technical support. My work has spanned WHM/cPanel, Plesk, VPS management and cloud hosting, supporting businesses with DNS management, email migrations, security hardening and performance optimisation.
Alongside server and website management, I've built and maintained dozens of WordPress sites, resolving complex plugin conflicts, optimising databases and implementing SEO. In recent years I've added AI automation, integrating chat, automation and AI-assisted content into websites and business systems.
My focus is always practical: keep the server stable, fix the real cause, and use automation where it genuinely saves people time."
